Sample Instrument Printout Labels

Printouts that contain summary data may be mailed to the CBC-Monitor QC Program.  Laboratories that choose this method of data submission are supplied with preprinted labels that must be affixed to the printouts for identification.  The summary data must contain the 'N' value or number of control samples run, the Mean value and the Standard Deviation or SD for each parameter submitted.
