Instructions for Diskette File Upload

Once you have logged in, select Enter QC Data.  To upload a QC Diskette into CBC-Monitor On-Line, click on the 'QC Disk' button for the correct QC month, and Lot number on the QC Data Entry screen.  The QC Data Diskette Upload screen will then display.

Verify that the QC Month and Lot No. which shows up at the top of the screen is correct for the data that you wish to upload.

Click the Browse button and then select the data file to upload.  Repeat this step for each level if your instrument creates separate files for each level.

When finished identifying all your files, click on 'Submit'.

You will get immediate feedback at the top of the screen telling you that your data has been accepted or if any errors occur.

You may at this time:

• Make changes or add to the data on the screen and resubmit it,
• Return to the QC Data Entry page to enter data for another level or to 'Edit Existing Data',
• Go to the QC Reports page to review your data with a report or graph,
• 'Log Off',
• Or select one of the links on the left side of the screen.

If you wish to edit data already submitted, click on 'Edit' under 'Edit Existing Data' on the QC Data Entry screen.  Make any changes and then click on 'Submit'.  Do Not click on 'Summary' as that will start a new document, rather than allow you to change or add to the existing one.
